This spell will help to protect you energetically from illness such as is currently on the landscape with the possible pandemic. First let's discuss what this spell is NOT:

This spell is not a guarantee that you will not become ill (especially if you are in contact with someone who has the flu), nor is this spell to be used to take foolish chances putting yourself in harms way. This spell will not lessen the effects of the flu if contracted nor will it prevent the transmission of flu germs.

This spell will help keep your health optimum (as long as you take proper pre-cautions and are already relatively healthy) and will protect you against situations were you might unexpectedly come into contact with others who might have the flu. This spell works as an armor for you energetically. Practical advice from healthcare professionals at the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) should be followed implicitly and this spell will help to ward against any forthcoming potential health dangers.
