I want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at Dragonspell's Magick Rituals; however I must instruct you implicitly that although I am a seasoned witch, I am not a miracle worker. I do not offer guarantees. It is not possible given the nature of magick.

A few words of caution:  I cannot heal you from serious illness or protect you if someone is stalking you or has previously caused you any kind of physical harm. If something like this has happened you must contact the proper authorities, as well as if you need a Doctor, please see one! I am not saying this to shatter your hopes & dreams, I just want you to be realistic in your desire & intent.

As for how I will work with you, please read the following:

Once you are my client you will have access to me through email and you can communicate with me freely, though please understand that I do have other clients, as well as a personal life. I do occasionally like to take a day off, so if days pass between you hearing from me, do not panic!

You will NEVER deal with anyone but me regarding your spell, from start to finish. All communication is from me, the spell will be cast by me and the results will be prepared and packaged by me.  All curios, oils, talismans, mojos, etc are all created by me unless otherwise indicated. Because of this I need your understanding that since I am only one person, it will take time for results (if there are physical results for your spell) to get mailed to you. It can sometimes take 2-4 weeks (depending on where you live, especially International clients) to get your results.

Once a package leaves me (this especially applies to International clients) I cannot usually track it. Certain packages from me will be trackable if they have a Signature Confirmation which I have been doing now for US Domestic clients when the packages fit the Post Office standards.

Also, when I do use a Signature Confirmation sometimes the package will be returned to me because it has not been signed for or picked up from a client's post office. I will not resend the package unless you contact me and additional arrangements are made.

Chances are if you do not get your package it may have been returned to me. Just contact me by email and I will be able to tell you if that is the case.

I cast spells on moon phases and will have limited communication on these days - New Moon, Waxing Moon (for several days during that time) and the Full Moon.  I am always unavailable on Sabbats, which are witch holidays.

I regret at this time that I can no longer provide phone support unless it truly is an emergency and only to well-established clients. Furthermore I cannot respond to multiple on-going inquiries unless you are an established client. There are simply not enough hours in the day to handle the volume of email I get from inquiries who send dozens of emails repeatedly asking the same questions of me or trying to get me to do free readings or provide free services to them.

After your spell is cast and your results have been sent I will not have further communication regarding the work that has been done for you.  I do not provide continued spell support. With my volume of clients it is just not possible. What I do provide is all my attention to your spell which is where it belongs. If you are looking for counseling, I occasionally have spots available for that and I will post on the site when I do.

It is important always to give your spell TIME to work! Even if you are an established client please respect that I am only just one single solitary witch and am happy to give you everything I can but I do need to recharge occasionally. Bright blessings to you all!
